As we select barrels to build the batches of our Pre-Prohibition style bourbons, we occasionally encounter a barrel that is so exceptional that it deserves to be bottled alone. The Single-Barrel is the apex of small-batch Bourbon Whiskey. Each barrel is individually selected for its outstanding and unique qualities. The barrels are harvested at the peak of the aging process, and bottled at cask strength to preserve every tasting note and flavor contained within. This barrel of whiskey represents the best of the batch and is Exceptional in every way!

• Tasting Notes: The nose carries fig and stone fruit that is typical of this mash-bill but opens to a nice brown sugar oatmeal, and vanilla. Leather and caramel define the pallet with nice apricot sweetness. The finish lingers with a minty rye spice.
