We produce our aged rum in the Caribbean style using Black Strap Molasses and Cane Sugar from Florida. Distilled in a single pass, we age in single-use, 6-gallon Bourbon Barrels for 10 months in our Kentucky rick house.

• Tasting Notes: The nose is dominated by brown sugar and cinnamon and light influence of bourbon. The palate opens up toffee and sugar and has a light earthy finish.
