Each selection is guided by our team to ensure a one-of-a-kind experience—from tasting samples pulled straight from the barrel to customizing your bottle labels. You'll walk away with a unique and unrepeatable whiskey, and an experience that you won’t soon forget. The Hartfield & Co Barrel Pick Experience

Join us in historic Bourbon County, the birthplace of Bourbon Whiskey, at our distillery and rick house in Paris, for a truly unique Barrel Pick experience. If you chose to pick your barrel in person, you can expect a 2-3 hour tasting with one of our amazing production team members with an up-close and authentic glimpse into the life of the distillery. If you are unable to pick in-person we can select samples and send them directly to you, and offer a guided virtual tasting experience to help you, or your group pick a barrel if desired.

Once selected we offer a variety of customization options to make your pick stand out on a retail shelf, or bourbon bar. After your Barrel Pick is complete, bottles can be ready for pick-up at the distillery, shipped directly to you, or delivered to a retail location within 2-4 weeks.

As our current barrel inventory ages, we set aside a number of barrels from each batch for the barrel pick program, however, availability is limited and is always changing.
